Overview
A mobile application that allows users to take attendance using QR Codes for single or recurring events. The attendees scan the code at the beginning of the event and it allows users, or event creators, to gain statistics about who attended (name, amount, etc.).
Role: UI/UX designer
Date: Spring 2020 (9 week project)
Behind the Screen
This was a Spark Dev project for Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE), a club at my school.
The Vision
I designed the logo with the idea of combining qualities of a watch (hour and minute hand) along with that of a traditional QR code.
The Developement
I used Figma for the UI/UX design to provide the app developers an idea of the functionalities of the app and details on the front-end attributes (hex codes for colors, font names, etc.). The app was developed using Android Studio and Xcode.
The Final Product

The Takeaway
This project allowed me to learn more about working with a group of developers. I was able to lead the team as well as learn the details and information necessary to provide so that the developers have the smoothest journey when building the application.
